Trauma Intensives- $500-$2000
A Trauma Intensive is an accelerated, concentrated therapeutic program using highly effective, evidence-based modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
While traditional therapy sessions last 50–60 minutes and occur weekly, Intensives offer a significant advantage: dedicated, concentrated time for rapid emotional processing and resolution. This condensed format allows you to bypass the week-long gaps, maintain therapeutic momentum, and achieve significant healing indays, not months.
This format is Ideal for individuals seeking:
Rapid Resolution: Clients with single-incident trauma or those needing focused, fast relief from PTSD symptoms.
Deep Processing: Systematically processing a series of related distressing memories or addressing deeply entrenched negative self-beliefs (e.g., "I am not enough," "I am unlovable").
Healing Complex Trauma: Working through attachment trauma and patterns stemming from early childhood experiences.
Minimal Verbal Disclosure (ART Benefit): Leveraging ART's Voluntary Image Replacement (VIR) technique to achieve major emotional shifts with minimal discussion of painful details.
Scheduling Flexibility: Accommodating busy professionals who need to complete their trauma work efficiently without ongoing weekly commitments.
48-hour cancellation notice required to avoid full session fee.

Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR
S.A.F.E. EMDR is an advanced, body-and-relationship-focused approach to trauma healing. I go beyond standard EMDR protocols to address developmental trauma and deeply entrenched relationship patterns created in early life. This approach helps you process trauma stored in the body, leading to lasting nervous system regulation and a secure sense of self.
This Format is Ideal for:
Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), PTSD, relational trauma, childhood trauma, chronic anxiety/depression, and recurring issues with trust and intimate relationships.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I incorporate an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed lens into our work, offering a compassionate, non-pathologizing framework for understanding your "inner system." This approach views our personality as a collection of different "parts"—those that protect us, those that manage our daily lives, and those that carry past pain. By approaching these parts with curiosity rather than judgment, we move toward self-leadership, helping you gain clarity on internal reactions and achieve a greater sense of inner harmony.
Who is this for? This lens is particularly beneficial if you feel "at war" with yourself or stuck in patterns that traditional talk therapy hasn't reached. It is highly effective for:
Healing Inner Conflict: Navigating the parts of you that want opposite things.
Quieting the Inner Critic: Transforming perfectionism and self-judgment into self-compassion.
Managing "Triggers": Understanding the protective reasons behind intense emotional reactions.
Breaking Habitual Patterns: Gaining insight into behaviors like people-pleasing or overthinking.

ART Therapy- $180
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an innovative, evidence-based therapy that rapidly helps individuals resolve emotional distress related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. ART works by helping you change the way distressing images and sensations are stored in your memory, often leading to relief in just one session.
This Format is Ideal for:
Resolving single-incident trauma (e.g., car accident, sudden loss, specific highly distressing event).
Targeting intense phobias, addictions, or highly reactive emotional responses tied to a specific image.
Achieving quick relief by replacing a single distressing image with a positive, desired image.
Session Details:
I utilize 75-minute sessions for Accelerated Resolution Therapy to ensure there is ample time to thoroughly process a specific event or memory from start to finish. This extended timeframe prevents the session from feeling rushed, allowing us to safely navigate the ART protocol and reach a point of resolution within a single meeting. These sessions are available both in-person and virtually, providing a focused space for effective and lasting relief.
24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid full session fee.
